Chiropractic

Chiropractic is a primary contact healthcare discipline, used worldwide for over 100 years. A Doctor of Chiropractic is qualified to diagnose and treat conditions concerning the framework of bones, muscles and nerves that support the body and its movement. Day to day activities, poor posture, accidents, genetics and simple age-related wear and tear can be the cause of pain and or restriction. A full and appropriate orthopaedic and neurological assessment will be carried out in all cases, and if necessary imaging or further investigations undertaken in order to diagnose your complaint before any treatment begins.

As Chiropractors, we can use many different treatments methods including joint manipulation & mobilisation, soft tissue massage, exercise rehabilitation, dry needling, laser therapy, shockwave and ultrasound therapy, advice on diet and lifestyle to name a few. Every treatment plan is personalised to the patient, and is constantly reviewed and updated with the patients progress.

All of our Chiropractors have undergone 4-5 years of Masters degree level education at the prestigious Anglo-European College of Chiropractic University College and maintain their professional skills and knowledge constantly, in line with UK legislation and regulated by the General Chiropractic Council. We are also members of the Royal College of Chiropractors and the oldest and largest professional body – The British Chiropractic Association, ensuring our standards of practice are maintained at the highest possible level. We are honoured to have been presented with the ‘Patient Partnership Quality Mark’ award from the RCC every year since 2017, further evidencing our professional standards and patient centred approach to care.
